Contractor labor is another factor that you must consider. How much will it cost to install it? Does the home have vinyl siding that much is removed? Both will greatly affect the associated costs.

Be wary of contractors that offer speeds that are significantly faster than their competition since they are likely taking shortcuts that risk the integrity of the installation process. Warranties provided by vinyl siding brands usually don’t cover defective installation.

In some cases, vinyl siding can be installed over wood siding but most of the time the old siding will need to be removed prior to installation. If the wood siding is undamaged, then it’s okay to install vinyl siding onto it. Otherwise, it’s not possible. Be sure to ask the contractor about this prior to hiring them because it will affect the labor cost.

If the siding is installed too tightly, then it can warp. Plus brand warranties don’t cover damage from poor installation. That’s why choosing the right contractor is such an important step. Other damages like cracking are due to poor quality products.

Actually, yes! Have your gutters been inspected? Since removing them is part of the installation process for vinyl siding, you can have them replaced at a fraction of the cost when combining it with the installation of vinyl siding. In fact, the only extra cost should be the cost of new gutters.

Power wash it once every couple of years so that your home maintains its curbside appeal. Plus this removes other elements that might lead to long-term damage.

Canada Siding commenced operations in 2010.   It is is strictly a seasonal operation for full house siding work is performed from March 01 to October 31.   However it performs repairs through-out the year.  Each request is addressed oon a case by case basis.

We provide free quotes to the home owner only  Please note we do not provide free quotes for the purposes of acquiring a mortgage.  

A scheduling deposit simply means you are assured that your home will be started the same year or within 90 days or when the weather permits

For your safety we only accept deposit by VISA or MASTERCARD.   A refund will only be generated after 45 days  and due to non-performance.  Clients can seek a refund sooner.  In either case we respectively ask the client to contact their CREDIT CARD company and reverse the payment.  

Yes.  Only after a scheduling deposit has been made.  

No we don't.  We guarantee quotes within 15% margin of error with respect to labour only.  We DO NOT under any circumstances guarantee the materials portion of a quote or final invoice.   

For example, if CANADA SIDING is over on its estimate on materials it will refund the difference to the customer. 

If materials costs exceed that noted on the quote or final invoice, the difference is the  resonsibility of the client. 
The reason for this is that customers often have addtional requests through the life cycle othat rarely affect labour but directly impact  OUT OF POCKET material cost.

The first step is for Canada Siding to arrange a drive by to see if the project is the correct fit for Canada Siding.
Afterwards we will arrange a formal onsite visit.  A quote will be prepared the same day.   To accept a quote  a deposit by credit card must be made. 

If it is the case of non-performance, a refund will take 30 days to process.  Please email experts@canadasiding.ca  noting the invoice number.  On occassion materials that have already  been purchased may not allow for a materials refund the customer may choose to contact their credit card department and reverse the transaction.  

Yes however, only if we are assured we are competing against the same quote.  Canada Siding will honor its original quote based on the initial invoice.  Last minute additions must be agreed to and stated clearly on the invoice.   At anytime Canada Siding reserves the right to see the next lowest COMPETING QUOTE  to ensute it is competing fairly.

There are too many factors involved to answer correctly.  Siding without window or door or Eavestrogh installation. An average  35 x 40  bungalo,  takes 10 days.  Weather obviouslly plays a factor

We typically use two men per project and a third "runner" [a man that pics up supplies and takes pictures to document work process] a forth man removes debri if part of the contract. 

This depends on the task and scope of the project.  Whether we use contract labour or employees.  We also reserve the right to move our men to other work sites depending on weather and other matters related to, for example  OHS.   

Please note:  We work a standard work day and work week. Allowing staff lunch and standard breaks. 

Every customer at one time or the other might be concerned with a project.   Nevertheless all deficiiencies will be addressed prior to final payment.  We  encourage customers to occassionaly intereact with workers and make note of any concerns.

Materials come with a warranty.  We guarantte our LABOUR  for 3 years.  This is exclusive of weather that might be categorized as
unusal.   Hurricanes, windstorms, blizzards all affect warranties.
